    In highlighting one’s accomplishments in previous companies or positions, one should word it in a such a way that emphasizes team effort. You don’t want to hog all the credit as this might send up red flags to any potential employer about your ability to work with and lead a team. That said, don’t be afraid to stand out and shine either!
