It has been 7 days since I started publishing Yakezie round ups. Last week 7 blogs appeared in the round-up. So much have been changed since then and the round-up was so much publicized that this week there are 20 blogs being covered here.

Many thanks to the authors for the show of hands or I noticing their hands in the crowd, here is your best creation over the last week that I read from your RSS feed in Google reader. Order is random, as it appear on my reader.

The blogging machine Crystal, with her latest challenger site How I make money Blogging (Alexa 925K) is day by becoming a money machine too. She explains how she ended up as a staff writer for other blogs.

John at Stock Market basics (Alexa 1.8M) recently joined Yakezie, and explains the basics of Alexa ranking system and Google authority. I am also amazed to learn that eHow.com is at Alexa rank 1!

Sydney at Untemplater (Alexa 121K) deviates from the theme of PF and started very interesting topic of relationship and friends, do read and get some psychological insights.

365 days on a budget (Alexa 719K) Presents his own list of splurge worthy spending activities. The best advice according to me is to spend on creating lasting memory.

Interestingly,  JTM at Money Mamba (Alexa 189K) dedicates a complete post in asking his readers about what they want to read in his blog. It is so very important to take audience opinion to build blogs.

Frugal Student(Alexa 617K) is giving us daily updates on her goal to become millionaire, her daily saga is inspiring.

Cents To Save (Alexa 307K) shares his July money goals, She promises her readers about reporting her progress continuously.

Debt Free by 30 (Alexa 271K) inspired me with his home improvements projects, the differences in before and after pictures makes it so interesting. We all need to start a similar mission.

It is crucial for kids to get lessons on money at an early age, Family Money values (Alexa 200K) does her part by planning for a grandma’s money camp, very inspiring read.

Fat Guy Skinny Wallet (Alexa 179k) answers few questions on money which he’s asking himself, good way to teach others, I liked it!

Again Crystal, this time with her Crystal Clear Thoughts (Alexa 740K) is seriously watching weight. read the daily updates on light challenge on the blog.

Robert at My Multiple Income (Alexa 446k) shares what we all think, but never discuss in public, why we hate taxes. Interesting read, you will agree to most of it.

Marissa at Thirty Six Months (Alexa 802K) offers one great tip to her readers, wear sunscreen,  now I know why I am spending regular money on sunscreen 🙂

Pat S at Compounding Returns (Alexa 245K) shares invaluable tips for monitoring and safe guarding credit rating, it’s important for all of us to keep on revisiting this aspect of our financial life regularly.

Money in the 20’s (Alexa 103k) has an interesting post on Tips to Create a quick budget. Again, none other than staff writer, Crystal!!

There are many more challengers out there, if you happen to be one, show your hands again please..

In last one week, I have been included in two carnivals ,Yakezie Carnival and Carnival of personal finance. It’s a great honor and a reiterates the sense that I am going towards right direction in terms of blogging.

This week also marked a significant event in blogging career, I earned my first income. I made a lot of change to this site, including setting up a Advertiser Page to let advertisers and sponsors know that I am not just writing for fun, I need rewards too.

In terms of blog building, I now have decent number of RSS feed subscriber and Twitter followers. Alexa traffic rank went down to 700,000 and I am quiet hope full of making it through the Yakezie challenge. External links, Klout and Moz ranks are also improving. Specially it’s nice to see an upward visitor-graph on Google-Analytic.

I love these roundups as I always find new awesome blogs to read, and interesting people to follow on twitter.

I have also recently joined the Yakezie challenge with the website I launched in June – http://www.ourjourneytozero.com

Nice round up. Broke Professionals is a challenger too. I keep forgetting that myself… It would be great if you could include it in your round ups if you find something interesting in the future… Thanks!

This is the first time I’ve seen one of your round-ups, and I really like that you post everyone’s Alexa rank! It helps remind us that 1) there’s a lot of diversity and variation in our ranks, but we’re all working together, and 2) that we have a shared goal of breaking 200,000!!
